Still Frozen When I Get Home

Beats Ice Bags For My Sore Quads

After leg day, my quads are wrecked. Wrap one of these in a thin towel, lay it on my thighs while I watch TV, and 30 minutes later I feel way better. Easier than messing with bags of ice that drip everywhere on my couch.

Frozen Cold Pack On Standby

I get bad headaches every couple of weeks. A cold pack on my forehead helps a lot but frozen peas leak and warm up in 20 minutes. These stay cold for hours and fit perfectly across my forehead or back of neck.
